US Fire’s Services organization includes NICET-Certified Technicians deployed across the Southeast US, with a fleet of Installation and Service vehicles. These are US Fire employees and they comprise of the best workforce of its kind in the Fire and Life-Safety industry. 

Our Technicians bring to your facilities exceptional training in the completion of all phases of Inspection, Testing and Maintenance. They also bring an all-important, up-to-date understanding of the local and national codes that apply to your systems. Their goal is to keep your equipment at peak performance, your facilities code-compliant. 

To accomplish this, US Fire Technicians receive hands-on, in-house factory training on Fire and Life-Safety systems from many of the major manufacturers. Specialized training programs have been developed for our Sprinkler Inspectors through National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technologies, NICET, developed by Professional Engineers. They participate in our Sprinkler Apprenticeship program, Customer skills training; utilizing the latest skills and methods reinforces a focus on positive, productive interactions.
